An ode to taste: the essence of Capobianco
A special thank you to Chef Romualdo Palladino for creating an unforgettable menu, reimagining our tomatoes through unexpected textures and temperatures. The brunch unfolded across four unique moments—Dal Fuoco, Dalla Terra, Bar Mare, and Il Primo—accompanied by two signature drinks: the Tomato Bellini and the Bloody Mary.
We are also delighted to share that the essence of that day will live on: our iconic Ruote ai Cinque Pomodori will remain on the restaurant’s menu, bringing a taste of our land to the heart of Milan. 🍝🤍
From Apulia to Milan: a bouquet of pure emotion 💐
To bring our guests closer to the soul of our farm, we created a Flower Bar in collaboration with Anna Flower Designer. Each guest received a personalized bouquet of countryside flowers—a tribute to the scent of wind through our fields. A living memory, because true luxury lies in carrying the authenticity of nature with you. 🌼🐝
