There's a wonderful word to describe this feeling: Serendipity. It's the magic of small, unexpected encounters, arriving just when your gaze is elsewhere. And that's exactly how—almost by chance—our Sun-dried Tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil were born.
A destined encounter among the olive trees
Years ago, among the rows of our farm, we were harvesting olives from some wild trees for a small experimental production. We weren't looking for perfection; we were simply trying things out.
Instead, we discovered an incredibly fragrant blend, born spontaneously: the fortuitous meeting of Coratina, Ogliarola, and table olives. The result? A golden, velvety, simply perfect oil.
We immediately understood that this oil deserved to become the "heart" of something special. Something that tasted of home, of sunshine, and of slow afternoons in the kitchen.
We combined that extraordinary oil with our sun-dried tomatoes, carefully selected and naturally dried to concentrate all the flavor of the earth.
We seasoned them simply:

🌶️ A pinch of chili pepper for a decisive character
🍅 No preservatives, just the genuineness of our fields
The result is an intense, full, and pleasantly savory taste, capable of transforming even a quick snack into a gourmet moment.
