Capobianco Farm organic Ciliegione tomato passata, grown in Puglia with symbiotic farming. A fragrant and enveloping passata, which encapsulates all the sweetness and intense aroma of freshly picked cherry tomatoes.
Its dense and creamy consistency gives body and character to every dish, making the flavour full and decisive, yet always elegant and natural.
Ideal for enriching meat sauces, such as ragù and bolognese, meatballs in sauce, and baked pasta. Also excellent for flavouring soups, or wherever a sweeter and more intense tomato flavour is desired.
Store in a cool place and away from light. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4°C and consume within 3 days.
