These are the prized Trilly variety, a pointed datterino tomato with thin skin and a naturally sweet and delicate taste. An extremely versatile product that encapsulates all the freshness of a freshly picked datterino tomato from the sunny region of Puglia, with the convenience of having it always on hand.
Ideal for baking or pan-frying, it's perfect for enhancing pasta dishes, meat, and vegetable side dishes. Also excellent for topping pizzas and salads, or to be enjoyed raw, like a fresh tomato.
Store in a cool place away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated at +4°C and consume within 3 days.
