Capobianco Farm organic tomato and aubergine sauce, prepared with Apulian tomatoes, aubergines, and extra virgin olive oil. Made with a delicate sauté of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and onion, and enriched with diced aubergines and our tomato passata, for a full, balanced and enveloping flavour.
Made exclusively with ingredients from our farm's fields, it is processed without the addition of preservatives to preserve all the genuineness, freshness and quality of the raw materials.
Perfect for dressing short or long pasta, ideal for preparations such as pasta alla Norma and for adding a special twist to baked pasta. Also excellent for enriching vegetable side dishes or as a base for dishes with a rich, Mediterranean flavour.
Store in a cool place away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated at +4°C and consume within 3 days.
