They are of the prized Trilly variety, a pointed datterino with a thin skin and a naturally sweet and delicate taste. An extremely versatile product that captures all the freshness of datterino tomatoes freshly picked under the Puglian sun, with the convenience of always having them on hand.
Ideal baked or pan-fried, they are perfect for enriching pasta dishes, meat, and vegetable side dishes. Also excellent for seasoning pizzas and salads, or to be enjoyed raw, like a fresh tomato.
