USE
Open the jar and cook the plum tomatoes in the pot. They are delicious both drained and with their canned liquid. Perfect to give that extra flavor to a side dish of vegetables, like stir-fried eggplants and zucchini. Or for a salty breakfast, mixed with eggs on a toast. They are the base ingredient to add an extra flavor to any dish.
